What’s On In Dublin: June
June has finally arrived – hurrah! Lets hope the endless good weather and BBQ days have come with it (one can but dream!) The start of Summer sees some great events popping up to add to our calendars, as well as endless festival options (check out our favourites here). Here’s a few events we’ll be attending this month.
Irish funny man Tommy Tiernan is returning with his ‘Out of the Whirlwind’ tour with two shows on June 4th and 5th. If you need a good laugh then he’s your guy. Tickets €35.
June 27th sees the LGBTQ community and all their allies fill the city with every colour of the rainbow. After a victorious YES in the Marriage Equality referendum, it’s sure to be the street party of the year!
Dive into the extensive list of culinary delights at the annual Taste festival in Dublins Iveagh Gardens from 11th-14th of June. It’s a great time to try out many amazing restaurants from our fair city.
Dublins best throw-back entertainment group Film Fatale are hosting 50’s soiree in The Sugar Club on June 27th. Watch a screening of Marilyn Monroe’s infamous The Seven Year Itch, followed by an evening of vintage attire, cocktails and dancing in their Tikki Garden party!
June 23rd is the first day of the infamous international production that is Mamma Mia. Embrace yourself in the storytelling hits of ABBA and sing the evening away until your heart’s content! Tickets from €25.
