I think it’s safe to say we’re ready to throw ourselves into Autumn! We’ll be swapping the cocktail for the hot cocoa this evening and trying this one:

Ingredients

6 cups milk

280g chopped dark chocolate

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch or two of cayenne

Marshmallows/cinnamon sticks for garnish

Method

In a pot combine the milk and chocolate. Melt the chocolate over low/medium heat, stirring constantly.

Once melted and the mixture is warmed through stir in the cinnamon and cayenne (if using).

Serve hot!
