How To: Rosemary Salt

Having ready made Rosemary salt in your cupboard or pantry is a great go-to for fresh, deliciously scented seasoning. Throw over your spuds for roasting – it’s heavenly!

What you need:

50kg sea salt or kosher salt
10 Rosemary sprigs
1 glass jar

1. Put your sea salt and rosemary in a sauté pan and warm up for about 15 minutes. Then discard the rosemary and pour salt into individual containers.

2. Add fresh sprigs to your containers and seal them.

3. For extra pretty-ness, top with a round of fabric and baker’s twine and your rosemary-infused sea salt is ready!
