This little natural healing shop sits in Temple Bar and as well as providing a whole host of holistic treatments and selling lots of lotions and potions. This isn’t the type of place you would come if you wanted a pretty room with lots of candles and luxury, but the staff are brilliant at what they do. They do also have a room in The Westin if you wanted to book something with the whole package.
This spa resides in The Dawson Hotel on Dawson Street, formally known as La Stampa. It’s a total escape from the bustling city outside – you honestly could feel like you’re abroad! They have a lovely little relaxation room to go to after your massage with low lighting and soothing tones, it just extends the treatment even further.
The Holistic Centre on Dublin’s South William Street, offers a range of different activities from pilates to acupuncture or massage to meditation. We’ve tried at tested it and the massage is really good.
If you want a luxurious experience for your massage treatment then you can’t go wrong with The Shelbourne. It’s decor will lull you into a relaxed state and the massage will leave you wanting to lie there all day. This would be a great thing to do over Christmas and then go up for a glass of mulled wine in the hotel!
